Ricky can be best described as a full-time leader, he’s worked his way up to become a leading network marketing leader, owing to his years of experience in the field. Through his leadership, Ricky V grew a team of 100, 000 reps, 350 000 customers and over $80 million in sales, all in about 12 months.
Ricky V graduated high school and enrolled into Utah Valley University (UVU) where he dropped out in 2009. At the age of 13, Ricky had his first job where he worked for $3 per hour and worked 7-8 hour days during the summer months for 3 years. He did everything from picking weeds, sweeping the driveway, planting trees and more for his employer. He saved his earnings to buy back to school clothes and supplies.
At age 16, Ricky got into over the phone sales and by age 20, he ventured into network marketing and direct sales. Since joining network marketing, Ricky spends a lot of his time learning from mentors, he also buries his mind in a book from time to time and listens to powerful audios in his journey of self-development.
